Made from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.

            Appearance: Brilliant pale gold yellow colour.

            The nose: Mineral notes, dried apricot, bread crumbs and candied fruits but also aromas of dried fruits (hazelnut) combined with aromas of white fruits (pear, peach, apple)

            The palate: Energetic. Unctuous gustatory sensation with aromas of fruits in syrup and fruit salad but also notes of pastries, marzipan, white peach, apricot, quince jelly and plum jam. Nice and very smooth finish.

            Dish suggestions to accompany this wine: Turbot with White Butter sauce or Chicken with Morels.
