Their Special Cuveé Brut Champagne is a classic Champagne blend, using the different grapes of a given year from a variety of crus, with the addition of older, reserve wines.
It is pale gold in colour, dry with toasty flavours on the mouth, great length and a perfect balance. Complex, bready, toasty, baked apple bouquet with a pleasing dry finish.
