PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order online?

Browse our luxury range easily by clicking on the category of your choice displayed on the home page. Once you have selected a category, choose a product and then start personalising with your special label message by clicking on the ‘Create a label’ icon and/or add some ‘Finishing touches’ by clicking on this icon.

Finally add your personalised product to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ icon. You may then continue to browse the website and purchase more products by clicking on the ‘Continue Shopping’ icon or click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to finalise your order and make a payment.

 

How do I create a label?

We have a wide range of stunning labels to choose from. Simply click on the ‘Create Your Own Label’ icon, choose label category, select a label template and then start personalising with your special message. If you change your mind, just choose an alternative label category or template.

 

What choice of labels will I have?

We have created a wide range of stylish labels for many occasions. You can easily view our selection of labels by clicking on the ‘Create Your Own Label’ icon and then choosing a label category.

How many characters can I use on a label?

There are three lines available and you may type up to 40 characters on each line. If you wish to include a lengthier message, please purchase a message card from our Finishing Touches section.

 

How do I upload a photo?

Photographs are a great way of personalising your order and giving it an extra special touch. Simply click on ‘Photograph with message’ from the label categories, choose a label template then click on the ‘Upload your photo’ icon.

 

How do I amend an order if I make a mistake?

Once you have personalised a label with your special message and/or photograph, you can preview the finished product by clicking on the ‘Preview and Save’ icon. If you notice any errors or mistakes, simply re-type or edit your message using the three lines available.

 

What are Finishing Touches?

We have created a range of Finishing Touches to make your personalised order that extra bit special. Click on the ‘Finishing Touches’ icon to view our full range which includes luxury gift boxes, gift wrapping, gift cards, bespoke chocolates and Swarovski inspired crystals on labels and bottles.

 

How do I view previous orders?

Log into your Champagne and Gifts account and then click ‘View my order history’. If you wish to reorder a saved product then click on the ‘Reorder’ icon.

 

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided to confirm that your order has been gratefully received. If for any reason there is a problem or query concerning your order, a member of our team will contact you via the email address or telephone number provided as soon as reasonably possible.

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

PERSONALISED CHAMPAGNE GIFTS

Where do you source your Champagne from?

All of our Champagne is sourced direct from France. Our signature Champagne is the Gold award winning Baron Fuente Grande Reserve in our Champagne gifts. The Baron family have owned a stunning vineyard in Charly-sur-Marne, in the western region of Champagne, since the 17th century.

This high-quality Champagne appeals to both your taste and smell as well as having an elegant appearance. This is an excellent aperitif or occasion Champagne which is also a favourite in many top London establishments.

 

Do you sell different brands of Champagne?

We offer a stunning range of high-quality Champagne and Rose Champagne. You may browse our full range by clicking on the ‘Discover’ icon found on our home page and then selecting ‘Our Champagnes’ from the drop-down menu.

 

Do you sell non-alcoholic personalised gifts?

We offer a delightful range of non-alcoholic gifts that can be personalised to your requirements. Simply click on the ‘Personalised’ icon on our home page and choose ‘Personalised non-alcoholic gifts’ from the drop-down menu to view our full range.

 

How will my personalised gift be presented?

Each gift is personalised to your exact requirements however we offer a range of Finishing Touches to help you make your gift as special as possible. In our Finishing Touches section, you may choose to have gift wrapping, gift boxes and bows, Swarovski inspired crystals added to the label and/or bottles.  To browse our Finishing Touches range and prices, simply click on the ‘Finishing Touches’ icon that will be displayed once you have chosen and created a label. Alternatively, a standard personalised gift will be presented with a gift bow that compliments the label that you have chosen.

 

GIFT PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

How will my Champagne gift be packaged for delivery?

Our Champagne gifts are securely packaged in pulp packaging before being placed in a cardboard box specifically designed to hold and protect glass bottles and/or hampers. In addition, our delivery couriers are highly trained to ensure safe delivery of all Champagne gift packages.

 

What information will be enclosed within the gift packaging?

We endeavour to deliver all Champagne gifts exactly as requested by our customers. We do not enclose any pricing or invoices within the gift packaging. All invoices will be emailed to the address provided by the customer.

 

Can my delivery address be different to my billing address?

Our beautiful Champagne gifts make fantastic presents for friends, family and colleagues. We can deliver directly to the gift recipient on your behalf, just ensure that you include the correct delivery address when placing your order.

 

How do I know if my gift has been delivered?

All Champagne gifts will need to be ‘signed for’ at the delivery address by a person who is at least the minimum legal age to purchase or consume alcoholic goods. In addition to this, our couriers will send an email providing a tracking number to allow you to track the delivery of your order.  If you do not receive an email notification, please call us on 0800 849 7849 and a member of our team will be happy to help.

 

How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?

We offer a selection of delivery options, including Next Day, Same Day and International delivery, which can be viewed on our website by clicking on the ‘Delivery’ icon at the bottom of our home page.

  

Do you offer free delivery?

All Champagne gifts are delivered by a reputable courier service to ensure safe handling and delivery of your personalised gift. To ensure that we provide this high-quality service, we do not offer free delivery however local customers may collect their gifts from our Loughton office upon request.

 

Do you deliver during the evening and at weekends?

All delivery times are based on business hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). There is an additional cost for deliveries made on Saturday. To view our delivery options and prices, click on the ‘Delivery’ icon at the bottom of our home page.

 

Are there any delivery restrictions?

We endeavour to ensure that we deliver all Champagne gifts safely, quickly and as requested by our customers. If you require a delivery service not outlined on our website, please call us on 0800 849 7849 and a member of our team will be happy to help.

 

Can I send my Champagne gift abroad?

We are delighted to offer an International delivery service to countries within the European Union and other selected world-wide countries. To view the international countries that we can deliver to please, click on the ‘Delivery’ icon at the bottom of our home page and then choose ‘International Delivery’. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 849 7849 and a member of our team will be happy to help. Customers wishing to deliver Champagne gifts internationally will be liable for the import taxes and local duty taxes.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made by Debit, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or bank transfer.

Is it safe to make a payment online?

All payments made using our website are completely safe and secure. We take the issue of card safety seriously and have taken every step possible to protect you. We use World Pay for all online transactions. Every online transaction made is transmitted across the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This industry standard method ensures that information sent from your browser is scrambled whilst in transit and decoded when it arrives on our server. Our online transaction system is regularly monitored and updated for your safety and security.

 

How do I make a payment online?

Once you have chosen and created your personalised Champagne gift, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ icon. Complete the fields on the secure checkout page to make a payment and process our order. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided once your payment has been fully authorised.

 

What happens if my card authorisation fails?

If the authorisation fails, the most likely explanation is that you have input your card details incorrectly. If this happens, press the back button on your browser and you will be returned to the card input page. Check that all the details are correct, and make any changes necessary before proceeding. If all the details are correct and you still fail to get an authorisation then we advise that you contact your card issuer to establish why your card was not authorised. We will receive your order anyway and may contact you to arrange for alternative methods of payment.
