With regard to the application for a premises licence in relation to the premises at 8 Claybury Hall, Woodford Green the applicant requests that the licensing authority take note of the agreement reached with the Metropolitan Police, as follows:

 

The applicant will voluntarily accept the following condition is placed upon the licence for this premises:

 

Upon delivery of alcohol to a customers delivery address, the person making the delivery shall ensure that the recipient has attained the age of 18 years. If the recipient appears to be under the age of 21, photographic proof of age in the form of a driving licence, passport or identification bearing the PASS hologram shall be requested, and if no such identification is produced, the delivery shall not be made.

The operation of this system shall be advertised at the point of sale.
