The Baron Family have owned vineyards since the 17th Century and use grapes from the best villages in the region to produce quality Champagnes. The bouquet is discreet and elegant, with subtle notes of brioche followed by fruit confit, even pureed fruits with a touch of honey. The palate is soft and supple with a remarkable balance, translating the purity and elegance of this cuvée.
We source our Champagne in France from growers and pride ourselves on the taste and smoothness of our Champagnes. This cuvee is the perfect illustration of the Pinot Meunier grape variety from the Vallée de la Marne. It is a blend of Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Meunier (70%).
