The Classic Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 white sugar cube
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 20ml of cognac
- Chilled Champagne
Preparation Method
- Place the sugar cube onto a teaspoon and add the bitters.
- Drop the soaked sugar cube into a Champagne flute and add the cognac.
- Top up the flute with chilled Champagne and serve.

Christmas Bellini
Ingredients
- 2 chilled tinned peach halves
- 2 clementines
- 2 drops orange blossom water
- Chilled Champagne
Preparation Method
- Chop the peach halves and puree in a blender
- Then stir in the chilled juice of 2 clementines
- Add sugar syrup and orange blossom water
- Pour into flutes and top up with chilled Champagne
- Top with small pices of fruit
- Enjoy!

The Aristocrat Champagne Punch
Ingredients
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 bottle of red burgundy
- 4 ounces of brandy
- ¼ bottle of sparkling water
- 1 bottle chilled Champagne
- A handful of strawberries and raspberries
Preparation Method
- In a punch bowl, dissolve ½ cup of sugar in the red burgundy.
- Add the brandy and stir.
- Pour in a bottle of chilled Champagne
- Add ¼ bottle of sparkling water and stir
- Add a handful of strawberries and raspberries
- Pour the punch into a champagne flute and serve

The Black Velvet
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of stout
- Chilled Champagne
Preparation Method
- Half fill a champagne flute with chilled Champagne
- Top up the champagne flute with the stout
- Serve and enjoy!

PROSECCO COCKTAILS
Lighter than Champagne, Prosecco is delicious on its own. It really comes alive though, with a touch of colour and some good blending. Here are a few recipes that we think are delicious. Enjoy!

Aperol Spritz (to be found on our website - it makes a fabulous gift!)
Ingredients
- Lots of Ice
- 1.5 fluid oz. Aperold
- 1 splash carbonated water
- 2 fluid ounces of prosecco
Preparation Method
- Add lots of ice to a large white wine glass
- Pour over the Aperol, followed by the Prosecco
- Stir in a splash of soda water
- Add a piece of orange
- Serve and enjoy!

French 77
Ingredients
- Lots of Ice
- Elderflower Cordial
- Prosecco
- Gin
- Add a piece of lemon
- Fresh mint leaves
- Serve and enjoy!
Preparation Method
For a spin on the classic - place one part elderflower cordial, one part gin and a good slug of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well then strain into a tall glass. Top with Prosecco and serve with a twist of lemon and a few mint leaves.

Prosecco Pomander
Ingredients
- Three parts Prosecco
- One part Cointreau
- Slice of Clementine
- Lemon pieces
- Sprig of rosemary
- Serve and enjoy!
Preparation Method
Combine the juice of one clementine, one part Cointreau, three parts Prosecco in a tumbler. Drop in a few small lemon pices and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of clementine .
