Our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the stated cut-off time, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

How will you ship my order?
 
We use DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail & DHL to deliver all our parcels in the UK and for International Champagne delivery.
 
All our parcels will be delivered Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm unless Saturday delivery is selected during checkout.
 
 As a security measure, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If alcohol has been purchased, a person of the age of 18 or over must sign for the goods - identification may be requested if there is any doubt regarding age.
 
If you supply your mobile number when placing your order, we will send you a FREE text message on the morning of delivery with a timed delivery slot, which you can rearrange by reply.
 
 
Can I track my order?
 
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been despatched from The Champagne & Gift Company. You will also receive an email from our courier containing a tracking number. This will allow you to track your delivery directly.
 
If you are not able to track your order, please contact our Customer Service Team 
 
 
What happens if I'm not in?
 
If you are out when the gift is delivered a card will be left through your door advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your goods. This card will advise you either the location of the depot where the parcel will be held or, if possible when re-delivery will take place.
 
As you may not wish to notify the recipient of the arrival of your gift we cannot accept responsibility should the recipient not be available to accept delivery from our couriers.  We will; help in any way we can to arrange redelivery.
 
Please note  - if approximately 5 days after the first delivery attempt no delivery can be made, no instruction has been given or if the parcel has not been collected, the parcel may be returned to The Champagne & Gift Company. Return and re-delivery - there will be an additional cost, payable by the customer as this is an additional delivery service.
 
Incorrect delivery details supplied by the Customer are the Customer’s responsibility. An additional carriage fee may be included if the items need redelivering to a new address.

The Champagne and Gift Company are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, expenses, failure or delay during delivery, nor does such occurrence permit the Customer to refuse to accept delivery or repudiate the contract.
